I contracted Heini Van Niekerk Architects to do a architecture design for me in the Cape Town area. My plans have now been approved by the Cape Town Municipality and as such, Heini's role is completed. I experienced Heini Van Niekerk Architects as (1) Professional, (2) Willing to go the extra mile, (3) Extremely hard working (4) Friendly and approachable at all times. The municipality actually gave us quite a hard time and was, in my personal opinion, a bit unreasonable. So, our project was definitely not a "smooth sailing" project. However, Heini came through, got the plans done and approved. All of the above is however secondary for me. The real reason why I gave them a five-star review is that the design is BEAUTIFUL. Dem, this guy can create a house which is just absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend Heini Van Niekerk Architects and will use them again myself. kind regards Fredl Laing
