This project regards the regeneration of Lilian Baylis School in London. We converted 9 of the school buildings into flats, preserving the Grade II Listed features. Only two of the school buildings could be demolished and replaced by new build. This is connected to the rest of the site through common public spaces and a cultural hub at the entrance of the site. This design accompanied our client’s winning bid to acquire the site from Lambeth Council.
