Migaa is an extensive development within the suburban area of Nairobi, Kenya. The 774 acres of land will include golf courses and various sports facilities, commercial and entertainment areas, villas, cottages and private apartments.
Half of the area will be dedicated to green open space. We designed the masterplan for the office park situated at the east entrance of the site, which includes retail, offices, entertainment areas and weekend accommodation.
