Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project Presentations.
Inception through construction Stages 2 – 4.
Excellent construction- and general project management skills.
Review off your own plans, drawings, SANS and material specifications, estimates, technical drawings, specifications and regulation compliance prior to issue and our final review.
Planning and control of technical work to ensure timeous and integrated project delivery.
Should be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Liaising with the Senior Design Architect on a regular basis regarding progress, design, quality, resources, changes, site issues, planning issues, programme etc.
Skills and Qualifications required:
Professional (SACAP Registered), minimum of 5 years work experience
Software knowledge AutoCAD (essential).
Must be excellent in the final presentation and sheet layout designs.
Other advantageous skills: Architectural writing, model building, 3D printing, photoshop and 3D visualisation software and JBCC contracts + Payment Certificates.
Project experience in South Africa.
