                     The architect will be able to advise you on which consultants will be required as part of the professional

                     team, such as a land surveyor, quantity surveyor, selected engineers and other specialists.
                     You will also be advised on estimated timelines in terms of professional services and the anticipated

                     programmes for the project: design documentation, procurement of contractor(s) by a tender process

              4      or other forms of obtaining contractors and construction.
