architect
Schedule a meeting with your prospective architect to discuss approaches to design and other priorities
such as budget and time frame. The relationship with your architect will be one of great trust, and the
more you engage during the design process the more likely it is that you will be satisfied with the
end result. It should be borne in mind that the term of engagement and professional relationship can
continue over a period of many years.
