The architect will complete the necessary documentation for construction and full execution of the

works. This documentation will include detailed specifications, schedules of windows, doors, sanitary
fittings, ironmongery, details of specific construction aspects, and any specific requirements of the
project. Furthermore, the documentation and drawings from engineers and other professional team
members, as well as information regarding the site, the timeframe for construction, and the form of
construction contract that will be entered into and the details thereof will be coordinated. Thereafter a
set of tender documents will be prepared.
